=What is S.C.M.S.?
S.C.M.S. is a platform based on WEB developed by TOJOY, connecting every step of SCM by order, such as Buyer¡¢ Vender¡¢ Factory¡¢Forwarder in Destination port¡¢Forwarder in Loading Port¡¢Warehouse¡¢Truck team, and so on, to form a mutual logistical service chain sharing information, each role of the chain can track the cargo timely, hereby they can control the cargo during the whole process.
The system provides a platform for relative building between vender and buyer, carriers, and between shipper and carriers, then integrates the resource of the SC effectively, promote each role on the SCM communicating mutually to push the whole SC flexible.

S.C.M.S is different from traditional PO management system, which is aim at PO and provide ser vice to Buyer, and the PO management is limit to a part of SC, so that the information is not integrated and timely.
S.C.M.S, based on PO, set up an integrated SC, each role on the SC can build cooperation relatives and share accurate information and resource, SCMS platform pay attention to the important position of buyer in the SC, an also strengthen that the shipper and agent at port of loading have obligation to provide cargo information, meanwhile they can enjoy the communication chance and relative rights, that is equal for each role on the SC.
The work of SCMS start from creating PO, Buyer producing PPR according to relative requirement; after vender accept the order, make PP according to the situation of Vender and Factory; shipper will create S.O. to arrange the shipment after the cargo production is finished; once the agent at port of loading received the S.O from shipper, POL agent will create shipment, that is to arrange space booking, warehouse, transportation, loading and so on, all the operation till on board sailing. then agent at destination will send arrival notice to Buyer after the cargo arrive; Buyer confirm and pick up cargo, that¡¯s so a whole SC.
